Hot Pod Yoga and running – the combination you never knew you were about to love 

And now for something completely different…

You know we occasionally like to keep you guessing as to what’s coming next here at Go Beyond Challenge.

From running round London’s Circle Line and taking on the adventure of a lifetime in Nepal to enjoying our cyclosportive or getting muddy at the Irchester Dirt Run, our events really do aim to put some spicy variety into your athletic lives.

Which is why we hope you’ll enjoy our latest venture – an exclusive event combining Hot Pod Yoga and running!

Yes, it may not be a combination you’ve dreamed of previously, but trust us you’re going to love this one.

We’ve joined forces with our friends at Hot Pod Yoga to put a ‘running and yoga’ session on for just 20 people.

The event is likely to take place on August 16, although that date is still to be confirmed. What I wanted to do now though is let you know about it and what it will consist of.

Entrants will be taking part in a four mile run, with a series of selfies to collect at various points along the way to make sure they’ve completed it properly.

Then, it will be back to Hot Pod Yoga for a one hour session there.

It’s not a race and there are no prizes – this is all about doing something different and fun.
