Race day registration opens from 8am. Please ensure that you arrive in good time to park and to collect your race number which will contain your timing chipParking
There is free parking at the venueCourse
Is a mainly flat road race (open roads) After leaving the Sports Ground follow the Sywell Road to the Beckworth Emporium before taking the road to Mears Ashby then looping back round to the Sywell Road and no to the finsh Elevation is +127 and -127 Feet There is no water station on the course. Competitors are encouraged to bring their own water for the race. At the finish there will be bottled water for each finisher, to reduce the impact on the environment please take your bottle home and recycle it .Prizes
Prizes are awarded to the first, second and third male and female competitors. Also the first three runners male and female in the age group categories 40 – 49; 50 – 59; 60 – 69 and 70+

There are toilet facilties in the sports ground.
