Andrew Platt lead more than 70 finishers home to win our final ultra marathon of the year.

Finishing in six hours, 53 minutes and 32 seconds, Andrew beat off the challenge of Craig Puncher and Ian Macbeth – who came second and third respectively, in the Thames Trail event on Saturday, October 25.

He also completed our ultra marathon Grand Slam for 2025, having previously taken part in our Country to Capital, Rose of the Shires, and Shires and Spires events.

The women’s race was won by Katie Brazier in a time of seven hours, 46 minutes and 52 seconds.

Kristie Webb finished second, with Kezie Poole coming third.

Congratulations to everyone who competed at Thames Trail, and at all our ultra events in 2025. These are tough runs, so it is a fantastic achievement to be part of them.
