Capital to Country Day 4: The end is in sight – just a marathon to go!

And then there was one. A final day left on this mesmerising Capital to Country course.

Day four saw our runners enjoy a more relaxed run with ‘only’ 16 miles on the agenda as they headed from Mukpatar to Manegaun Village.

Last night, they were also treated to the luxury of rooms in the bunk house and a flushing toilet!

They were also consoled by the fact that today’s run will be their last on this incredible journey, a 27-mile (ish!) loop around the village that we like to call the Lama Trail Marathon.

I’ll bring you all the news from the finish line tomorrow – although there is the little matter of our traditional Nepalese post-event party to enjoy first!

In the meantime, if my posts from the last few days have whetted your appetite for this incredible event, then you might want to explore some of the links below to find out some more about our Capital to Country Multi-Day Ultra.

The best time to start preparing for next year’s event is now!
